Position Responsibilities:

Manage unslotted, inbound items on a daily basis.Serve as the Site Subject Matter Expert (SME) relating to slotting of products / items in the DC.Maintain product quality and customer requirements meeting all regulations for Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), flammability considerations, and commodity grouping.Balance efficiencies between all aspects of the business (receiving, shipping, etc.) in order to maximize the overall capacity and efficiency of the DC.Work closely with Site Leadership to drive productivity, capacity, reduce damage, team performance, all while keeping safety in mind.Generate, retain and execute product location planning, distro/allocation sale setup, procurement forecasting, moves lists, seasonality, resets and new business based on reports, tools, and insights provided by operation and corporate teams.Monitor, manage and suggest modifications as necessary over discrepancies between what the systems and reality is showing related to exception reports, slot capacities, etc.Liaison between DC and corporate functions such as procurement to thoroughly and accurately manage all product dimensional issues & description related issues.

                                                 

Position Requirements and Preferences:

Minimum High School Diploma or GEDPreferred MHE Certification (Pallet jack & Lift) & Selector Experience (1 year)Excellent analytical and communication skillsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Access experience preferredProficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WICS, EXE, Triceps, etc.) is a plusHas thorough warehouse systems knowledgeHas general working knowledge of all departmentsIs a self-motivated critical thinker
