Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist Location: Wilson, NC Job Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) Pay Rate: $55-$58 per hour (Weekly Pay) Job Description: We are seeking adedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team inWilmington, NC. This role involves working within school hours, providinghigh-quality speech and language therapy services to students. The idealcandidate will have a strong commitment to helping children achieve theircommunication goals and thrive in their educational environment. Responsibilities: + Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech, language, and communication abilities. + Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results. + Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings. + Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and treatment plans. + Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans. Qualifications: + Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. + Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina. + Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred. + Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable. + Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
