Opportunity Overview

On-site service of the production (tester) system at the customer OSAT factories, include the downtime trouble shooting, jam recover, utilization improvement. Performing the new system installation or any upgrade or retrofits. Data collection and data first level analyzing to find the issues root causes such as the mechanical, electrical and automation problems Daily on duty reporting of the major issues to the team Preventative maintenance per the guideline periodically Issues reporting and escalations internally Hold and represent TER to attend weekly 3-way meeting between customer, OSAT and TER

Bachelor degree in electronics, mechanical. Minimum 5 years work experience in Electronical or Mechanical or semiconductor areas. Familiar of the automation testing, With automation equipment & testers maintenance experience is preferred. Rich skills to do the Automation logs, testing logs analysis. Can communicate in English fluently both in writing and talking Strong reporting skills to use MS office, especially to use PPT Strong communication skills and teamwork skills. Able to business trip occasionally both in domestic and abroad. Able to accept the shift work or Overtime work if needed. Strong skills to do the timing, ownership, and priority management.
