High School Diploma or GED is required Be qualified as a forklift operator Must be able to work alone and keep up with quota on slueters per shift Must be able to store the finished slueters Must be able to recognize and correct some of the operational issues Must be willing to fill in other locations in the WHS department when needed Must be able to safely and efficiently clean machines and area Be able to operate and troubleshoot machine functions Must be able to clear jams when needed Basic math to keep up with the quota Willingness to be cross-trained Being actively involved with implementing improvement changes as a member of Team Nashville and a strong advocate of WCM Display a strong sense of focus and direction Be willing to help cover vacations Perform Lock Out-Tag Out, as required Team Participation in WCM events/activities Be willing to do IAR’s by facilitating and participating
