As a Small Business Card Senior Lead Product Manager in the Cards and Merchant Services business, you will join the Small Business Card Product, a team dedicated to empowering small business owners with products and services that help them manage their businesses. In this role, you will:

Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needsOversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex and diverse products and servicesLead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywideDeliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk managementProvide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse product linesArticulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationshipsEngage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywideServe as an adept advisor to leadershipDisplay an agile mindset to adapt to changing customer needs, business strategies, and technology environments to deliver in a way that meets the demands of the current and future marketplaceEmbrace innovation, collaboration, and experimentation to uncover new and unique opportunities for product advancementChampion an environment of trust, safety, candor, and cohesiveness with the team, customers, and stakeholders as well as embrace the scrum values (commitment, courage, focus, openness, respect) and encourage your teams to do the sameAbility to leverage various communication methods and styles across audiences to convey the vision of the product to sustain team and stakeholder excitement around the productStrong problem-solving and critical decision-making skills to address challenges in a complex matrixed environmentUnderstand customer and end-user needs to translate to delivery themesSkillful facilitation of high impact conversations with the ability to navigate conflict and negotiate for an outcome that balances the needs of the businessFoster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

4+ years of Agile experience5+ years of leadership experienceProduct Owner experience using a scaled framework such as LeSSDemonstrated practice of servant leadershipExperience with Jira Self-motivated, problem solver who manages work requests to meet performance expectationsFinancial Services experience, ideally in credit cardsKnowledge of software development lifecycleBackground in leading through transformationAbility to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels Exceptional problem-solving abilitiesExceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives Excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
