Within our team, we work closely with regional sales teams, channel marketing teams, and systems engineering teams—both within and outside Apple—to develop and execute strategic sales plans. These plans cover various industries and key end-customer focus areas. Our work spans New Business Development, Partner Management, and Small Business Sales Programs, driving innovation and business growth.DescriptionDescriptionGrow the business by collaborating with partners who resell Apple products to small and medium-sized businesses. Build strong relationships, negotiate programs, and enhance resellers’ capabilities to deliver an outstanding customer experience, benefiting both Apple and its reseller partners. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the small business landscape and channel. Develop comprehensive account plans that align with Apple partners’ strategies while expanding Apple’s market presence. Implement Apple’s Small Business Worldwide go-to-market programs and strategy within the assigned territory. Coordinate funding, prioritize partnership activities, and manage marketing plans effectively. Work closely with partners to identify new growth opportunities, drive relevant market initiatives, and ultimately increase sales through our partner network. Monitor key performance indicators that drive growth and provide forecasts on the overall health of account plans. Analyze sales data and generate insights to support both internal and external teams. The role is based out of Budapest, Hungary.Minimum QualificationsMinimum QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience as a Small Business Sales Leader or EntrepreneurStrong understanding of the small business landscape in Europe / CEEConsultative selling experience in business transformation solutions and developing channel growth strategies for business customers.Ability to influence, convince, educate and train channel partners on Small Business strategy and sales skillsProven ability to balance short-term goal achievement with creating long-term value for customers, partners, and future demand.Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
