Small Business Lending Consultants ensure a Category of One experience for all customers in taking business loan applications for Community Lending customers up to 3MM Revenue, 350M Loan Amount, and 500M Aggregate Exposure, generally.

Summary:

Small Business Lending Consultants ensure a Category of One experience for all customers in taking business loan applications for Community Lending customers up to 3MM Revenue, 350M Loan Amount, and 500M Aggregate Exposure, generally.

Communicates with customer, branch partner, underwriter to submit application and obtain credit decision.Leverages Elite Digital Lobby technology to communicate and transfer documents to and from customer.Partners with and supports Branch colleagues and business lending customer via initial real-time engagement through application credit decision.Hands off the credit approved, and customer accepted applications to Business Lending Client Specialist.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 3 years' experience in sales in financial services or credit environmentPC and internet proficiency

Business Banking sales/lending experienceBusiness lending product knowledgeExcellent customer service, interpersonal and critical thinking skillsMust have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face, phone, and chat) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanorProven track record of working well in a team environmentStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to multi-taskExperience with Salesforce MAX, ESS, AFS Vision, Velocity, Microsoft Office Suite
