In this role, you will:

Provide support for more experienced Small Business UnderwritersPrepare reports within Small Business BankingReview basic consumer requests, related to decisions, products and processGather information to make appropriate decisionsEnsure products meet company and industry guidelinesReceive direction from managers, more experienced Underwriters and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of programs, collateral and riskCollaborate and consult with managers, internal and external business partners and more experienced underwriters

Required Qualifications, US:

6+ months of Client services, Administrative, Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Commercial real estate credit underwriting experienceKnowledge and understanding of real estate or commercial loansExposure to Wells Fargo BLAST (Business Lending and Sales Tracking) systemExposure to Wells Fargo AFS (Automated Financial Systems)Loan operations experience Knowledge and understanding of commercial loan operations  Knowledge and understanding of loan processing, loan document preparation or loan document post-closing review  Knowledge and understanding of underwriting: commercial real estate property typesReporting experience   Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutionsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAbility to interact with all levels of an organizationAbility to work in a fast paced deadline driven environmentAbility to read, analyze, and interpret documents/reports   Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
