Description A local CPA firm based in northern Sussex County, NJ is currently seeking a small company Accounting Manager to join their firm on a part-time, contract basis. The small company Accounting Manager will partner with the firm's client managers and support outsourced accounting operations for select small businesses and companies within their portfolio. Responsibilities will include reconciling bank accounts, ensuring Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable are up-to-date, reviewing the weekly cash position, review the work of the client's bookkeepers, and creating a weekly financial dashboard for the business owners. The ideal small company Accounting Manager will have extensive experience working with companies that have $5-$20m/year in revenue, will be proficient with QuickBooks Online, and will have good communication skills. This role is predominantly remote, with minimal potential for a site visit to client locations - thus, candidates should live within a commutable range to northern New Jersey.
