Job Description
We are seeking a Small Engine Mechanic to work in our yard, preparing various pieces of equipment for the paint department. This role involves sanding, grinding, and chipping using hand tools as well as larger industrial sanders, grinders, and chippers. The equipment ranges from forklifts to power tools, with a majority including torch carts, forklifts, and wheel carts. Additionally, the mechanic will maintain power tools, ensuring cords are cleaned and repaired. High mechanical aptitude is necessary as the role may also require work in the Tool Crib when paint department duties slow down.

Work Environment
You will be working outdoors in the yard, preparing equipment for construction jobs. The team includes two Tool Crib Attendants, a Supervisor, and a full-time Painter. The environment can be loud and cold during winter months, with occasional indoor and outdoor tasks.

This position is based out of Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
