Small Format Sales Manager
Position Responsibilities: The Sales Manager is accountable for increasing sales/profitability through effective management of the sales organization As a Sales Manager, you will supervise assigned staff to include interview, hire, train, coach and termination while creating effective incentive plans You will handle retail customer complaints in a timely courteous manner and communicate all company related issues You will ensure company sales and distribution goals are met by developing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans to manage Point Of Sale execution You will ride with sales and management team as needed to complete evaluations and manage and adjust route assignments Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: College Degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of related sales experience, including 3+ years of management experience.
