Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Small Hand Tool Assembler to join their team. As a Small Hand Tool Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Small Hand Tool Assembler
**Location:** Redmond, WA
**Pay Range:** $26/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Assemble fabricated parts at floor stations using hand and power tools.
+ Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
+ Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and perform necessary repairs.
+ Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
+ Work under immediate supervision while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
**What's Needed?**
+ Must be a U.S. citizen due to compliance with U.S. export control laws.
+ A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
+ 2-4 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
+ Ability to lift 30 lbs or less without significant repetitions.
+ Willingness to complete any required training or apprenticeship.
