Adecco is working with a client in Madison, WI in hiring small part assemblers! This is a temp to hire role! Candidates will work comfortably at a Medical Device manufacturer in our state-of-the-art climate controlled Global Headquarters in beautiful **Madison, Wisconsin** near the airport. 1st shift pays $18/hr, and works 6:30am - 3:00pm **Position Overview:** This role will be responsible for assembly of lights, batteries and accessories. Testing of batteries and lights. Installing the headlights on loupes. **Essential Responsibilities:** + Use hand tools, screwdrivers, soldering iron, curing wands, pliers. + Read and understand production documentation + Assemble and test batteries + Understand and build to quality metrics + Install headlights on loupes. + Other duties as assigned **Preferred Skills:** + Soldering + Able to work with small parts + Able to work in a team environment + Experience using hand tools **Requirements:** + High school diploma or equivalent + Ability to read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures + Speak, read and write English + Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs frequently + Ability to work overtime during week and weekends as needed If you are you interested and qualified, please apply with your up to date resume! **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
