**Job Title: Small Parts Assembler** **Job Description** Our client is seeking two small parts assemblers to join their team in their Londonderry, NH facility. This facility specializes in precision metal forming and works with clients in various industries to create magnetic shielding for electronic devices. The small parts team specializes in aerospace and medical device clients. Pay rate will be $18 an hour to start with room to grow. **Responsibilities** + Perform repetitive tasks throughout the day at seated workstations + Use basic hand tools, metal crimpers, and perform some spot welding + Create small, cylindrical metal pieces and small square/rectangular pieces that are inserted into customer equipment to create magnetic shields + Maintain high attention to detail and strong hand/eye coordination **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, assembly, and inspection + Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical assembly + Excellent hand/eye coordination and comfortability working with small parts in volume **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Entry-level candidates are welcome + Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a desire for growth and development + Timeliness, good attendance, great communication skills, and being a team player **Why Work Here?** Family-owned business with extremely low turnover, potential for advancement, continued education and development. The plant is separated into two areas: small assembly/receiving and machining/shipping. Small assembly work is performed at seated workstations in a quiet area with minimal foot traffic.
