Responsibilities

IDEMIA, the global leader in ID & Payment Card manufacturing, located in Exton PA, is looking to bolster our production team on 3rd shift by bringing in a new Machine Operator to assist in our manufacturing process by setting up, operating, monitoring & maintaining machinery

 

Overview: Perform machine operator responsibilities associated with requirements to meet production daily goals to achieve customer request dates.

 

Shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am

 

Responsibilities:

Follow and comply with all OSHA and company safety proceduresAdhere to the Idemia Quality PolicyContributes to team success by meeting target volumes monthlyMust understand parts per hour or pieces per hour and demonstrate ability to countAbility to set up, operate and produce product within ISO specifications while meeting machine expectations provided by the Production SupervisorCross-training within the department is a must to create flexibility within the teams as described by the Production SupervisorMust possess the ability to use various precision equipment, individual must have some experience with computers; attention to detail is imperative, along with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentMust be willing to work overtime during the week and weekends as business needs meet market demandsMaintain 5S activities for machines/area operated to include TPM tasks Qualifications High school diploma or GEDBasic math skillsAbility to work in a team based environment1-2 years working in a manufacturing Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
