Position Overview:
The Smart Energy Portfolio Strategist is responsible\nfor supporting the management and optimization of the product portfolio. This\nmid-level role involves analyzing market trends, coordinating product\ndevelopment efforts, and ensuring the successful execution of product\nstrategies. The Product Specialist II will work closely with cross-functional\nteams to drive product performance and align portfolio activities with business\nobjectives.

Location: Atlanta GA

Work Schedule: 3/2 hybrid after first 90 days

Understanding of product lifecycle management and portfolio optimization strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.Proficient with product management and portfolio management tools.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management: Assist in managing the product\nportfolio, including tracking performance metrics, analyzing product lifecycle\nstages, and making recommendations for portfolio adjustments.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify\ntrends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to support\nstrategic decisions and improve product offerings.
Product Development Support: Collaborate with product\ndevelopment teams to ensure that products are developed according to market\nrequirements and business objectives. Assist in the creation of product\nspecifications and requirements.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with marketing,\nsales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on product launches,\npromotions, and inventory management.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on product\nperformance metrics such as sales, profitability, and market share. Identify\nareas for improvement and develop action plans.
Project Management: Support product launch projects\nby coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring cross-functional team\nalignment.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer\nfeedback to drive product improvements and address any issues or concerns.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date\nproduct documentation, including product data sheets, marketing materials, and\ncompetitive analysis reports.

Must Have:

5-7 years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or a related field. Proven experience in analyzing market data and managing product lifecycles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with product management software and tools.Ability to work effectively in a team environment

We Value:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Support, or a related field.
