This leader serves as a single point of contact to the Operations/Engineering team identifying technology and translating the current manufacturing process into the MES digital platform, support the automation strategy, and accountability for solution design and project delivery. We are seeking a MES Product Manager to lead the transformation of our manufacturing processes into a digital, Industry 4.0 environment. As the key liaison between IT and Operations/Engineering, you will drive the deployment of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions globally, shaping our Smart Factory vision. This role offers the opportunity to manage cutting-edge digital projects and help deliver innovative manufacturing capabilities. **Your key duties and responsibilities:** + Lead the transition to MES and digital manufacturing processes. + Collaborate with plant teams to model production processes in the MES system (order/material management, quality control, maintenance, etc. + Act as the product owner of global Smart Factory MES projects, ensuring smooth adoption across ConvaTec sites. + Create and deliver MES training to shopfloor teams. + Work with IT and business teams to integrate MES with IoT, SCADA, and automation systems. + Oversee MES solution design, implementation, and project delivery. + Foster a culture of innovation and talent development within digital manufacturing. **About you:** + Extensive knowledge of MES platforms (e.g., Apriso, Critical Manufacturing). + Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and data integration. + Product management experience, including full lifecycle management and Agile methodology. + Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. + Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. + Experience managing global MES projects across diverse regions. **Education / Qualifications:** + Degree in Engineering or related field. + 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on MES or industrial software. + Hands-on experience with manufacturing operations and Industry 4.0 implementation. + Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, ISO) and global MES integration. **Languages:** + Active communication/writing/reading in English. **Travel Requirements:** + Up to 50%, including international travel.
