The Smart FM Product Director is responsible for defining, building, and delivering value to CBRE's clients by guiding accounts and clients through the adoption and operationalization of programs that digitally transform and enhance their maintenance strategies in a way that reduces costs, improve sustainability, and reduces client exposure to risk. The Product Director will enable enterprise Facility Management (FM) accounts to digitally transform and optimize their maintenance programs. This role focuses on adopting condition-based maintenance, predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance (PM) optimization, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM). The Program Manager will function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Facility Management and Engineering, collaborating with product teams to ensure the continuous evolution and effectiveness of digital maintenance solutions. The successful candidate will guide clients through the digital transformation, providing improved asset reliability, reduced operational risks, and cost efficiency. **What you'll do:** + Lead the digital transformation of maintenance programs for enterprise FM accounts, focusing on condition-based maintenance, predictive maintenance, automation, PM Optimization, and RCM. + Serve as the primary FM and engineering SME, working closely with product teams to enhance digital maintenance solutions. Guide clients through adopting and optimizing data-driven maintenance strategies, ensuring integration with existing operations. + Develop and implement program plans tailored to clients aimed at improving asset performance, maintenance efficiency, and cost reduction. + Monitor program success, providing continuous improvement recommendations and ensuring client satisfaction. + Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering data-driven insights and industry best practices. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client business goals and maintenance objectives. Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in product and service offerings. + Aid sales and solutions team in pursuits of new business and continuation or expansion of existing business + Aid implementation teams in the onboarding of new clients or program development and expansion of existing clients + Perform measurement and verification of all activity related to maintenance enhancement programs (condition-based maintenance, predictive maintenance, preventative maintenance optimization, maintenance automation) Key Characteristics + Extensive experience in facility management, engineering, or related fields, focusing on maintenance optimization and digital transformation. + Deep understanding of condition-based maintenance, predictive maintenance, PM optimization, and reliability-centered maintenance. Strong knowledge of facility management operations, asset management, and engineering principles. + Knowledge of smart building technology and concepts + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies. + Experience with digital tools and platforms related to facility management and maintenance. + Strong change management skillset + Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Perform measurement and verification on all implemented programs Additional Requirements + Excellent understanding of the latest trends in smart technologies and facilities management + Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment across multiple functions, workstreams, and geographies. + Willingness to travel as needed for business requirements. + Build relationships with industry and trade associates, vendors, and professional organizations. **What you'll need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 15+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, praising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. + Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. + Motivation to impact results of a business unit, major operational segment, or enterprise-wide organization sub-function. in-depth knowledge of standard office technology products such as: Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and GMail or Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $180,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $205,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
