Job DescriptionCommunication with end-customer and/or internal customers related with plan to plant deliveries in case of any claim or quality notification.Coordination and handling of internal and external customer claims within Rexroth Bursa PlantSupporting manufacturing section in handling of internal technical failuresTaking role in problem solving team in case of any customer complaint and/or internal quality problemEnsuring serial production quality assurance activities such as internal process release, part and process approval procedure, engineering changes, concession, product audit and lessons learned activitiesSupporting manufacturing section for any quality related topics by participating daily Point CIP and Q-Table meeting and performing Q-oriented process confirmationQualifications3rd & 4th year undergraduate and postgraduate students in related engineering fieldShould be able to minimum 3 days in a rowPossess strong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrate the ability to work in a team and have excellent communication skillsHave a basic knowledge of hydraulic systems and hydraulic pump&motor technologiesExperience with MS Office and strong presentation skillsGood verbal and written English communication skills
