**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Smartsheet Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our project management environment, developing templates, managing security and permission settings, maintaining the product roadmap, and ensuring alignment with global technology and CBRE policies and practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• **Project Management Environment Maintenance:**
o Develop and maintain Smartsheet templates to streamline project management processes.
o Ensure the Smartsheet environment is optimized for efficiency and effectiveness and aligns to global and regional processes.
• **Security and Permissions:**
o Manage and maintain security settings to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
o Set and monitor permission levels to ensure appropriate access for all users.
**• Product Roadmap:**
o Maintain and update the product roadmap to reflect current and future project plans, stakeholder requests, and enterprise governance alignment.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the roadmap aligns with business objectives.
**• Policy and Practice Alignment:**
o Ensure the Smartsheet environment complies with global technology standards and CBRE policies.
o Regularly review and update practices to maintain compliance and best practices.
**• End User Support:**
o Provide technical support and training to end users to ensure effective use of Smartsheet.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Smartsheet functionality and performance.
o Develop and maintain user guides and documentation to assist users in navigating Smartsheet features.
**Qualifications:**
**•** Proven experience as a Smartsheet Administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage security settings and user permissions effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with CBRE policies and global technology standards is a plus.
**Education:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
