Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $88,300.00 - $147,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

The SMB Base Management Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the management of existing customer relationships and optimizing their value through effective digital marketing strategies.  You will report into a Sr. Mgr of SMB Base Management Digital Marketing and together be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of a customer’s journey including but not limited to, upsell/cross sell activities, repacking and retention efforts in the digital ecosystem

What You’ll Do

Customer Segmentation: Analyze and segment the customer base to tailor marketing efforts based on behaviors and needs.Retention Strategies: Develop and implement campaigns aimed at retaining customers and increasing their lifetime value.Customer Engagement: Create engaging content and communication strategies to keep customers informed and connected.Feedback Management: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and address concerns.Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services to existing customers.Data Analysis: Monitor customer data to identify trends, measure engagement, and adjust strategies accordingly.Personalization: Use customer data to personalize communication, making it relevant and timely.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, sales, marketing strategy, digital enablement teams and developers to ensure a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.Agency Relationship Management: Work closely with Digital Agency to help support the online experience and create an optimal digital journey.

Who You Are 

Minimum

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years’ experience in a related field5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, with a proven track record of driving customer retention and engagement.Expertise in customer segmentation and customer journey strategies.In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
