Optics—

Good knowledge in SDH, Ethernet, DWDM/OTN Technology. Should have knowledge on NMS’s of Various Vendors like ECI, Tejas, ADR, Alcatel, Huawei, Ciena., Good Knowledge on diagnosing the faults in SDH, Ethernet, DWDM/OTN circuits, Maintain committed SLA of customer’s complaints, Person has experience in Bandwidth testing and Migration of the Traffic on ODU network. Planning & Rerouting traffic on stable path whenever outages happening in network. Should able to work in rotational Shift  (24*7), Should have good communication skill to coordinate with cross functional departments.

1) To be part of Network fault management team and restoration of customer complaints in committed SLA.

2) Need to analyze the fault & restore the services in live Network.

3) To Maintain committed SLA for customer’s complaints.

4) Need to have knowledge on SDH, Ethernet, DWDM/OTN circuits to diagnosing the fault.

5) Should have knowledge on handling vendor cases (ECI, TEJAS, CIENA, HUAWEI, NOKIA).

6) Should be able to build team to arrive business requirements and To be process Oriented.

7) Should take full Responsibility during Shift  and auditing of internal team members to maintain work flow.
