This position is a COE (center of excellence) role with global scale and skills specialized in cost management. This position will quality assures all types of cost related data complying to Ericsson Financial Model requirements, output as reliable cost data foundation for reporting and business decisions, and ensure the data readiness for standardization and automation. This position will also need to provide cost analysis support to Line Managers to cultivate a cost-cautious culture.
What you will do Govern and proactively quality assure cost master data, including cost center, operational allocation, functional reporting.Be the SME in cost data management, act and drive for cost management related processes' continuous optimization.Identify process gaps from daily operations for continuously process optimization.Drive or participate in Cost Management related automation initiatives/projects, such as ERP/SAP changes, Reporting Tool simplifications, Fiori App implementation, etcDrive for continuously WoW standardization, such as Time-to-Project WOW standardization and automation.Closely follow up the Financial Model (IFRS cost & inventory related) updates and ensure timely execution of changes.Ensure correct usage of cost objects and high-risk transaction follow up adhering to the ABC and/or SOX requirements.Deliver trainings and upskill knowledge sharing within the organization and to stakeholders.You will bring At least 5+ years working experience in FP&A, Cost Management or other equivalent areas; experience with process optimization or operational excellence is a plus.Participation in (or have driven) global scale of process/tool enhancement projects Expertized SAP/ERP and analytical tools' skillsFamiliar with or have experience working with SOX or ABC ComplianceProficiency in English speakingHigh Execution/Delivery ability, deliver on time and commitments and constantly work on efficiency improvements.
