Due to expansion of our Shared Service Center in Grodzisk Mazowiecki we are looking for Subject Matter Expert in Credit & Collections team. In this role you will be making improvements in customer credit management area specific to collections, customer reconciliation, reports, process standardization, quality tracking, training, implementation of new process, development of SOP’s and managing system / tools.

Job Responsibilities
You will act as a Subject Matter Expert within the areas of:
Credit & Collection, OneERP (sap 4 Hana), master data and reporting Key employees integration into the daily operation of the SSCs, securing in-deep knowledge about the processes, exceptions & operational challenges in credit & collection Process documentation and maintenance of the Standard operating procedures including documenting the exceptions Deployment of changes & training requests, involvement in projects within Credit & Collection & Reporting OneERP implementation trainings, re-transition AR tasks & stabilization Act as the CORE team to guide and align all activities in one way of operating in GS Credit Management for the center you are responsible. Continuous investigation, coordination and focus on AR Process improvements / Documentation / Implementations / TrainingsYou will also:
Be a contact point for local exception evaluation process (coordination with the remaining SME Community) Strengthen the future setup & support Delivery Team on critical times at center Take care for transparent creation in Open Receivables, SLA’s and KPI’s etc. Utilize uniformed setup for automation options and reporting Role is part of the credit & collections team with an allowable portfolio but to the extent of SME role. To be considered for the role we expect:
Secondary education minimum – Accounting and related studies preferred 1–2 years’ experience at similar role like SME (with min. 2 years in Credit & Collections Team/processing) English at advanced level – both verbal and written Excellent organizational and communication skills and pro-active attitude.

Basic MS Office knowledge Ability to prioritize multiple tasks within demanding timelines and an occasionally stressful environment Demonstrated data entry speed and accuracy with attention to the details Familiarity with accounting practices Self-motivated with a "can do" attitude, SAP knowledge is must.
