V2X is currently seeking an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) / Directory Services Subject Manager Expert (SME) to serve as a Key Technical Staff Leader in support of Army’s Global Cyber Center. In this role, candidate applies deep organizational, technical, and analytical skills to protect and defend the US Army Department of Defense (DoD) Information Network (DoDIN) to further the Army zero trust environment for both classified and unclassified enterprises. This role requires a strong mix of Information Technology (IT), people, process management, and analytical problem-solving skills. The core infrastructure technology duties may include enterprise Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS, MIM/FIM, DNS, OCSP, and PKI system security and policy configuration, PowerShell scripting, and top-level support for enterprise-wide initiatives in a virtualized environment. Responsibilities Major Job Activities: Serves as the Senior Active Directory SME. Oversees support of design, deployment, operation, maintenance, security, and troubleshooting authentication and directory services. Provide support for Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM). Develops solutions to complex technical scenarios. Provides root cause analysis to identify, diagnose, and resolve active directory incidents from both operations and cybersecurity perspectives. Leads all phases of active directory administration and daily operations. Creates and maintains policies and procedures for all implemented active directory activities. Develop and maintain Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPO), accounts, and security groups. Resolves interoperability problems to sustain operations across multiple platforms and enterprises including email, file transfer, multimedia, teleconferencing, and authentication. Tailors systems to specific user requirements. Provide technical support and review for the implementation and integration plans of new configurations. Administers active directory security and associated security appliances. Works with vendors to evaluate new products. Develops applicable policies and procedures. Provides guidance and leadership to less-experienced active directory engineers and other technical staff. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned. Participates in routine meetings and special projects as required. Continually pursues organizational efficiencies. Material & Equipment Directly Used: Basic Office Equipment. Working Environment: Normal office environment. May require support during periods of non-traditional working hours including nights or weekends. Physical Activities: Must be able to lift/push/pull 40 lbs. unassisted. Qualifications Education / Certifications: This position supports DCWF Work Role 451 (Advanced) and accordingly per DoD 8140.03 the candidate must possess Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator – Associate OR Azure Solutions Architect – Expert (or equivalent) certification, OR one of the following DCWF requirements: DCWF 451 OR DOD / Military Training OR Certification M0923W1 or A-102-5888 or A-102-5599 (SNOOP) or A-531-0045 or A-113-0381 or A-113-0342 or A-121-0594 (P/L) or A-104-0084 or A-150-4219 (P/L) or A-150-9020 (P/L) FITSP-O or GFACT or CASP+ or CCNP Security or CCSP U.S. citizenship is required. Active DoD Secret (T3) Security Clearance. ITIL Foundations certification desired upon hire, required within three months of hiring date. Experience / Skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience demonstrating the ability and aptitudes, required to perform technical, managerial, and analytical work and coordination involving management of information systems. Must have a thorough understanding of Active Directory delegation and security models. Minimum of 3 years or more of supervisory experience. Microsoft Active Directory, MECM (SCCM), WSUS, SQL, MIM/FIM, ADFS, DNS, and PKI in a Wide Area Network. Supervisory / Budget Responsibilities: Acts in a technical based supervisory capacity in leading System / Network Management staff.
