All Native Group is seeking to fill the role of Security Cooperation Budget and Guidance Program Support SME. Responsible for providing expert advice, analysis, and management support in areas related to security cooperation funding, resource allocation, and program planning. This role involves collaboration with government agencies, defense departments, and international partners to enhance security cooperation initiatives.
Essential Functions
Develop and manage budgets for security cooperation programs.Analyze financial data to ensure optimal use of resources and alignment with strategic objectives.Provide recommendations for program funding adjustments based on changing priorities or emerging requirements. Draft, review, and implement policies and guidelines related to security cooperation activities.Ensure compliance with U.S. laws, regulations, and directives governing security cooperation. Conduct performance assessments of security cooperation programs.Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefings for senior leadership and stakeholders.Evaluate the effectiveness of program execution against established objectives.May be requested and required to participate in Proposal Support functions due to expertise

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of experienceRegional security issues or international SCLegislative, financial, and programmatic guidance and policies to drive the U.S. Government SC effortsCoordinating, planning, and facilitating interagency-attended and international eventsSupporting internation programs, foreign military sales, or SC programsExecuting and supporting defense training and education activitiesConducting assessment, monitoring, and evaluation activities
Education
Master’s degree in a political science, intelligence, foreign or international relations, national security studies, resource management or finance, or other field directly related to the contract requirements.
