Smokehouse Operator $19.55/hr 

Monday-Friday, 2:30PM-12:00AM

A well established company in Cherokee, IA is looking for an Smokehouse Operator to join their night shift production team. You will be responsible for the process steps for operation of the smokehouses

Responsibilities:

Smokehouse Operators will be responsible for all of the process steps for operation of the smokehouses; including procedures of loading, taking and recording temperatures, unloading racks of product and weighing racks of finished product Operators must follow food safety, safety policies, rules, programs, and practices at all times All other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED 6 months production/smokehouse experience, preferred Attention to detail, required Must be forklift certified or able to become certified Must be able to be able to work in temperatures of 38-40 degrees Must be able to stand in one place for up to 8 hours per day

Pay & Benefits:
