SMT Operator
Members of the _SMT Operator_ group are responsible for setup, operation and maintenance of SMT processes and equipment under guidance of the _Production Supervisor_ . **_Responsibilities:_** + Setup of SMT and related equipment + Read and understand process documentation + Produce and submit 1st piece for approval + Operate process equipment effectively to produce consistent high quality + Inspect own work, detect defect trends and maintain high quality levels + Hand placement of components + Maintenance of SMT and related equipment + Complete maintenance and process documentation + Work closely with AOI to identify and resolve quality issues **_Qualifications:_** + Must be computer literate, able to type and comfortable working with menu driven equipment software + Capable of working on your feet throughout the day + Capable of completing assignments with minimum guidance + Dependable and efficient + Knowledge of J-STD/IPC standards + Knowledge of component identification **_Education:_** High School Diploma or equivalent **_Experience:_** 2+ years SMT, preferably with MyData equipment.
