Job Description
This role is for an SMT Operator in a clean room environment and ESD controlled environment. This is strictly an operator role and does not involve hand soldering.
ResponsibilitiesLoad proper parts into SMT machine.Adjust, set-up, and operate machines when shorthanded.Perform basic programming at the machine, including selecting the appropriate program.Read and comprehend English instructions and documentation.Willingness to work overtime when necessary.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma1-year experience in setting up SMT components on feedersAbility to interpret Engineering documentation and work instructionsProficiency in setting up all types of feeders based on SMT setup sheetExperience working in a manufacturing environmentExcellent communication skills (written & verbal) - must be able to speak, read, and write EnglishStrong attention to detail, organized, and computer literateAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAdditional Skills & QualificationsAbility to run multiple lines simultaneouslyWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a clean room setting where you must be comfortable standing for 90% of the day. You will need to work under a microscope and adhere to clean room and ESD attire protocols, including gowning up and down. Standard attire includes comfortable flat closed-toed shoes, jeans or work pants, and a capped sleeve plain t-shirt. The position operates on the first shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00
