Job Description:

Location: South Portland, Maine

CoWorx Staffing is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals for SMT Operator and SMT Kitter positions in South Portland ME. These roles are crucial in supporting the surface mount technology (SMT) line by ensuring that the correct parts are pulled from stock and kits are assembled for assembly line operations.

Responsibilities:

-Pull parts from stock and assemble kits to supply the SMT line with a complete set of parts for assembly.
-Read and understand process documentation and assembly drawings to ensure proper kit assembly.
-Work closely with team members to maintain smooth production flow.
-Follow all safety and quality protocols while performing tasks.
-Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any issues that may arise.

-Ability to read and write in English.
-Strong math skills and attention to detail.
-Good eye-hand coordination and accuracy.
-Strong teamwork and communication skills.
-Ability to stand for long periods during the workday.

Location: South Portland, ME
Position Type: Full-Time

Salary:
SMT Operator: $16 – $20 per hour
SMT Kitter: $16 – $18 per hour
