**Snow Removal** **Start ASAP - Weekly Pay** **Description:** We are seeking a hard-working individual to assist with our snow removal at our Sioux Falls office. This position will guarantee 10-15 hours a week in the shop even if it does not snow. The snow will need to be removed by 8am when our current employees arrive, and you will not be on call during the overnight. **Responsibilities:** + Clear snow from parking lot, small area of sidewalk by 8am. + Apply salt or other de-icing agents when needed. + Monitor weather conditions in order to be prepared for snow removal events. **Hours:** + Part Time Position — 10 to 15 hours a week guaranteed if there is an absence of snowfall. **Work Environment:** + Minimal outdoor work in various weather conditions. + Varying shift hours dependent on snowfall. + Some physical work including lifting, shoveling, and operating skid loader. **Pay:** + $20-$23 per hour (depending on skid loader experience) **Skills:** + Ability to work independently + Experience with snow removal (preferred but not required) + Good communication skills **Benefits:** + Health Insurance + Dental Insurance + Vison Insurance + 401k Match **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
