Job Purpose                                       

This is a Project Management position which undertakes MPD ACG Project and reports to Caspian Area Director, the employment opportunity based in Baku, Azerbaijan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing MPD project with the customer to successful completion, ensuring that project is delivered on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project, managing key stakeholders and delivering value based on changing expectations.

Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford’s Management System  Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement

OPERATIONS 

The Snr MPD Project Manager in this position manages, monitors and forecasts project execution across all PMI knowledge areas (Integration, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Recourse, Risk, Procurement, Stakeholder Management).

Works with the stakeholder to define and document Project Charter and Project Business Requirements Develops overall project plan and key milestones in line with the Project Charter Establishes effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution Tracks project performance providing status reports in a timely manner Manages stakeholder satisfaction within the project transition period Identifies and mitigates risks proactively Understands and manages project interdependencies Takes corrective actions as required to deliver complete scope, at desired quality, on time and within budget Ensures stakeholders management through effective communication Contributes to projects life-cycle improvement conducting post-project evaluation Performs other project duties as determined by the PMO (Project Management Office) Identify and research potential markets and clients to expand the company’s business reach.

COMMUNICATION 

Foster open and transparent communication channels across all departments to ensure alignment and collaboration. Maintains effective communication with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external

FINANCIAL 

All employees have an accountability to the organization to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses The costs incurred should be within the approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure

Job Requirements:

Min 5 years of MPD/ operational experience Min 5 years of project management or related experience 10 years of experience on leadership positions IWCF Level 3,4 is advantage  Offshore experience is advantage Working knowledge of Victus, Drill bench is advantage Fluency in English
