Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Senior Contracts Specialist in downtown Baltimore. This role involves a range of duties including the drafting of commercial contracts, managing negotiations, and implementing a contract management system. This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days in office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in this field. Responsibilities: • Drafting various types of agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Agreements, and Statements of Work (SOWs) • Handling commercial contract negotiations while managing redlines • Guiding the sales team towards the correct approvers for exceptions to standard terms and conditions • Implementing a contracts management system to streamline operations • Conducting audits and overseeing billing functions • Managing contract terms and amendments • Handling claim administration and clinical trial operations • Overseeing the drafting of contracts and contract negotiations. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tech space • Proficiency in contract management, including drafting, redlining, and negotiating contracts • Expertise in handling commercial contracts and agreements • Demonstrated ability to manage and administer claims • Experience in auditing and handling billing functions • Familiarity with the process of amendments to contracts • Proficiency in managing Statement of Work and Master Agreements • Experience in handling Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) • Ability to understand and interpret contract terms effectively • Experience in handling commercial agreements and contracts.
