Responsible for the data capture, analysis & reporting of data to assist the Trinity Health leadership team achieve operational efficiencies and stewardship objectives. Responsible for auditing department and/or program information, producing reports, & suggesting improvements to processes. Provides knowledge & expertise in the program, services & applications.
Functional Roles
Monitors performance and trending of ERP data in support of maximizing supplier payment discounts and cash management related rebates. Manages the centralized Escheats process, acting as liaison between Accounts Payable, Payroll, Patient Refunds, IRMS and the external service provider.Manages monthly centralized GL close activities including ERP and Pharmacy expense accruals and other transactional questions that arise from the Ministries; centralized reporting and reconciliation process for controlled inventory transactions and RNI; & centralized Purchasing Card program, including system administration of the banking platform, systemwide policy and training materials and banking partnership activities.Provides training to Ministries and System Office personnel related to ERP functionality in relation to subledgers interfacing with the general ledger.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in business administration with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A combination of education and experience will be considered.Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively more responsible experience in finance.Additional Qualifications (nice to have)
Experience in supply chain accounting, inventory control, production cost accounting, distribution/warehousing or purchasing is strongly preferred.CPA certification and/or MBA, preferred.Essential Functions

Hourly Pay Range: $35.63 - $53.45
