Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement AI-based solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and other machine learning features.Design and integrate AI models to enhance automation, improve customer experiences, and streamline business operations.Develop custom integrations to connect ServiceNow with external AI/ML platforms and tools.Leverage ServiceNow’s Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities to enhance Virtual Agent conversations and workflows.Build and maintain AI-based algorithms to provide intelligent recommendations and insights for business decision-making.Create and optimize predictive models and data pipelines for real-time data analysis and reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design AI-driven solutions that meet those needs.Ensure the integration of AI/ML models aligns with ServiceNow best practices and industry standards.Perform testing, tuning, and continuous monitoring of AI models to improve performance and accuracy.Support the deployment of AI-powered chatbots, workflows, and automation tools to improve user experiences.Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/ML trends and technologies, recommending new tools or methodologies to enhance the platform.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proven experience (8+ years) as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on AI, machine learning, or automation.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI features, including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and NLP capabilities.Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages used in AI/ML applications.Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn, or similar.Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and conversational AI technologies.Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP) and web services.Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis.Familiarity with ServiceNow configuration, including Business Rules, UI Actions, and Scripting.Knowledge of data privacy, ethical AI development, and relevant industry regulations.Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow AI or Developer Certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified Predictive Intelligence Specialist).
Experience with AI/ML model deployment, versioning, and optimization.
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices in an AI/ML context.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI/ML deployments.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Ability to work with large datasets and implement machine learning algorithms for predictive modeling and analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
