Your work will include, but not be limited to: + Participate in cybersecurity assessments for companies in a variety of industries using commonly implemented frameworks (HIPAA, SOC, HITRUST, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.), which evaluate the strength of business process controls and information technology general controls + Develop working relationships with client executives and project managers in the performance of our work + Manage teams of staff on multiple projects that focus in the technology, financial services, and healthcare industries, with small to medium size companies + Collaborate with other managers in our Cybersecurity practice regarding client management activities, networking activities, leadership activities, and staff development activities + Engage in practice development activities with prospective clients and other networking activities + Assist the firm in developing new tools and services related to emerging trends in data privacy and governance + Engage in training and self-study to further your career development + Lead training of staff on the job and in internally developed training activities The qualifications. + Bachelor’s Degree required + 5-7 years' experience performing and supervising IT Audits, Technology Risk Assessments, or IT internal control risk evaluation and reporting + IT certifications are preferred; CISA, CPA, CISSP, CRISC, CCSFP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor + Supervising staff and providing written and verbal performance feedback + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Outstanding time management and organization skills + Superior attention to detail and conscientious quality of work product + Professional demeanor with superior verbal and written communication skills + Ability to travel overnight for client work and firm events up to 20% Our difference. Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO. Please review position location for applicable geographic location. Colorado monthly base range is as follows: $9,166.67 to $11,666.66 We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a balance fund, 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use. A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff.
