THE HISTORY: Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 24 years and have been recognized as the largest operating program in the US. The Position: We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children, aged 2-12. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work *5-25 classes a week and can earn from $20per hr up to $45per hr. + Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success + Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment + Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success And finally, our coaches have a blast. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual Day-to-day Roles and Responsibilities: + Support the lead coach in the delivery of a dynamic and inspiring class, ensuring each child is engaged and challenged, and supporting them in achieving their motor development goals while fostering a passion for movement and healthy habits in an organized, structured, and enjoyable manner. + Demonstrate effective and concise communication by reporting any issues to the office and offering appropriate solutions. + Adhere to punctuality by arriving for class 15 minutes before the start time. + Proficiently set up and dismantle equipment. + Provide hands-on individual and group attention to children, offering personalized guidance and support.
