Combining content, design and technical knowledge. Creating information and communication technology-based marketing that entertains, educates and informs the audience. Managing operational aspects of the channel, including postings, metrics, invoices and approvals. ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS · Managing the company’s social media strategy and the platforms used, keeping it aligned to marketing and brand objectives. Provides operational support to international teams. · Cultivating new communities and managing branded communities on the company’s behalf using various social media platform and blogs. · Mediating conversations and interacting with customers and followers in real time. Coordinating responses from other teams as needed. · Attending events and creating social campaigns in real time as well as after event. · Maintain and post content for social media sites and develop strategies to drive traffic to these sites. Stay updated and current with trends on social media sites used in our industry. Compiles metrics. · Have the knowledge and expertise to develop multimedia digital presentations using visual media, sound, photos, animation, video and graphics. Expertise in concepting, storyboarding, researching, writing, filming, editing and digital audio. · Maintains corporate look and branding on all content. Proactively organize work-flow, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment, utilizing various tools. Formatting files per project requirements. · Supports and participates in company total quality process; represents the company in a professional manner; and is trustworthy and maintains confidentiality. SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS · Has acceptable driving record and can provide current, valid driver’s license and current proof of insurance · Extensive knowledge of social media platforms. · Excellent verbal and writing communication skills · Knowledge in Adobe, CS5, Apple Final Cut Pro, Basic HTML. · Strong experience in filming, photography and various audio and video editing tools. · Able to provide examples of previous work in electronic form · High organizational skills and multitasking ability. · Ability to analyze the impact of decisions before execution. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE · Bachelor’s degree.in Marketing or related field · Three plus years’ experience in design or marketing or approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
