Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Marketing or E-Commerce associate to join our dynamic Digital Sales team. This role is essential to executing social commerce growth strategies that drive incremental revenue, while enhancing the visibility and engagement of the Zwilling suite of brands across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, experience in managing social media as a key revenue driver, and a desire to learn and master emerging platforms and new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement comprehensive social commerce strategies for the Zwilling suite of brands, while maintaining brand image, guidelines and pricing rules Work cross-functionally with the Social Media and Marketing Communications Team to secure the creative assets required to drive growth Implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies for social channels, including rapid iteration of new creative designs leveraging the steady flow of internal assets from related teams Monitor, analyze, and report on social commerce revenue & content, ad spend and profitability rates; provide insights and recommendations for improvement to the related teams Grow the closed-loop brand affiliate roster, driving adoption and increasing affiliate-driven revenue across platforms Work with the respective platform account managers to secure incentives for the brands, and optimize all performance levers for continued improvement Monitor and if necessary escalate social commerce-driven customer deliveries and service efforts, ensuring timely and effective service within required SLA Work with manager to develop social commerce assortment plan and item forecasts; coordinate social commerce fulfillment where sensible Manage inventory and item data feeds, ensuring PDP optimization and key item availability Manage and quality assure payments and invoicing by platform Optimize social commerce site merchandising for seasonal and promotional events, and highest conversionBase Salary: $75,000.00 per year contingent upon experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Merchandising or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in marketing, social media, or DTC e-commerce Experience with Meta Business Suite or Meta Commerce Manager, TikTok Shop or TikTok Ads Manager and other social media or commerce management tools Strong reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to analyze data and present findings in an actionable way Experience with affiliate and/or performance marketing is preferred Experience in keyword caption copywriting and content creation, including photo and video shoots Proven project management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects to meet deadlines Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality Strong professional communication skills
