**Your Role at Raising Cane’s:**
The Social Creative Director will elevate the brand’s active social presence to the next level. Working collaboratively with an in-house team and external partners, the Social Creative Director’s mission is to create social content that makes people stop scrolling and start engaging. This leader will balance ideation and execution with the mentorship and management of the team, encouraging them to challenge themselves, expand their social ideas, and maintain an inspired outlook amidst a high volume of content creation.
**Job Description**
+ Identifies insights, trends, and opportunities to elevate social content
+ Collaborates with the Social, Brand, and Creative teams on social content pillars to ensure focus, alignment, and direction throughout the year
+ Contributes to monthly content calendars across all brand channels (brand, owner, and mascot) and social platforms, responsible for the development of content from ideation to execution
+ Leads the creative ideation, content capture, and editing of brand activations to keep the brand at the center of pop culture
+ Conceptualizes and creates big ideas to generate viral moments
+ Works collaboratively with the Social team and Creative Directors to ensure a strong connection between campaigns and social work
+ Conducts one-on-one meetings and regular check-ins with team members to ensure their development, support, and well-being
+ Provides active mentorship and supports the development of the Social Creative team
**Qualifications**
+ 8+ years of experience in a social content role within an agency environment
+ Hands-on experience from concepting to production, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the execution
+ Compelling online portfolio demonstrating creative versatility, conceptual thinking, and superb design execution
+ A deep understanding of social platforms and their creative formats
+ Experience taking a moment in culture and reacting quickly to create a social activation
+ Experience concepting and executing large scale earned social media stunts, platforms, and campaigns
+ Experience managing a team
+ Extreme attention to detail, understanding of design principles, and the creative process
+ Highly collaborative with the ability to respond professionally to creative direction and constructive feedback
+ Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro)
+ Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
+ Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
+ Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
+ A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required
