We’re looking for a Social & Digital Content Specialist who will be at the heart of our content planning and execution. You’ll be crafting engaging content, fostering a buzzing online community, and building partnerships with top-tier creators for our portfolio of brands. If you’re obsessed with the latest social media trends, know what makes audiences tick, and can manage a portfolio of brands social accounts, we need you on our team!

 

We’re hiring both a Social & Digital Content Creator & a Social & Digital Content Planner to be a dream team in achieving success, supported by an Integrated Content Manager & Social Media & Content Lead. 

 

About the role:

As the Social & Digital Content Specialist, you’ll be responsible for our brands social media output. Managing content ideation, planning, scheduling, and reporting will be part of your daily rhythm, ensuring our social presence remains seamless and impactful.

 

You’ll collaborate with the team to brainstorm bold and engaging content ideas that cut through the noise, ensuring every post, story, or reel aligns with the brand’s tone, strategy, and is relevant to the audience.

 

You’ll take ownership of our social media channels, ensuring they are always alive with fresh content. You’ll interact with followers, respond to comments, and nurture a community that’s genuinely engaged with our brands.

 

Monitoring trends and social conversations will be crucial, as you’ll need to identify cultural opportunities in real time and capitalise on them to keep our brands relevant. Whilst also being highly organised to plan for proactive moments in the calendar year. Encouraging and amplifying user-generated content will also play a key role in making our digital presence feel authentic and engaging.

 

This role will be the brand champion behind our social media accounts, owning our content calendars & driving engagement with consumers, supported by an enthusiastic team and our top-tier agency partners.

 

What success looks like:

Consistent output of relevant social media content from our brand channels, driving engagement with consumers. Increased engagement and follower growth across social channels. Well-executed and impactful social media campaigns, delivered on time and aligned with brand objectives. Contributing to creative ideation within the team and utilising our social listening technology to identify opportunities for our brands. Community managed in collaboration with our customer service team.

 

About you:

You’ll have a strong background in social media marketing with demonstrable experience owning a brand’s social media account. We’re looking for a highly organised individual with a creative mindset and a deep understanding of social media trends and how to translate them into brand-relevant content.

 

On top of this, you may also have:

Experience in influencer marketing. Expertise in social media scheduling, publishing, and analytics tools. A proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and trends utilising data. Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A knowledge of paid social strategies and how creative execution can enhance effectiveness. Experience in FMCG, alcohol, or the hospitality industry.
