The Social Media Analytics Healthcare Market Research Analyst will play a key role in spearheading social media analytics and unraveling insights hidden within data streams. The ideal candidate is experienced managing analyzing large, and at times, unstructured data sets to identify trends and insights that can help inform campaigns across multiple business verticals. This role requires experience with social listening tools, digital marketing analytics, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights and storytelling.
Responsibilities:
• Own the collection, analysis, and PowerPoint report development for recurring social listening reports across business lines.• Build and refine queries in social listening tools to collect and analyze social data.• Write rules and categorizations in social listening tools to refine and clean data for analysis and insights.• Build dashboards in social listening tools based on internal and external client requests.• Own ad-hoc data pull requests from internal teams and external clients to support brand planning and strategy.• Collaborate on measurement plans, aligning them with strategic imperatives and media strategies.• Become a data storyteller and communicate insights to internal stakeholders to derive actionable insights based on goals and objectives.• Assist in the development of templates, best practices, and training for the Social Marketing team.• Collaborate with other Market Research teams to integrate data and reporting, and communicate insights.Qualifications:
· 4+ years of experience in social listening, market research, digital marketing, and/or data analytics.· Proficient in using the latest social listening and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social and Marketing Cloud Intelligence).· Experience with Boolean queries and query development.· Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.· Strong attention to detail, project management, and prioritization skills.· Ability to work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.· Demonstrates strong communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills.· Knowledge of social media and/or media marketing.· Experience in a regulated industry such as health care is a plus, but not required. · Ability to work from a Cigna office 3 days a week, as directed by the businessIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
