Social Media and Digital Strategist
Description Location: UCHealth Catalyst Brighton Blvd Denver, US:CO:Denver Department: UCHlth Marketing FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $33.82 - $50.73 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Summary: This position supports UCHealth's social media presence and strategy (paid and organic) through content creation, community management and engagement, and reporting. Requires excellent attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and copywriting skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Must have a passion for figuring out what's next, what's possible, and what delivers return on investment in social media. Responsibilities: + Develop social media content to support social media strategy for UCHealth channels including but not limited to Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube. Ensure all social media posts are in brand voice. + Schedule posts based on priority level, timeliness and other determining factors. + Expert ability to plan and create social ads/campaigns, optimize, and provide end of campaign reporting and insights. + Develop a social media influencer strategy and identifying influencers to achieve campaign objectives. + Organize and update the content calendar with content that is planned, in production, or completed. + Monitor UCHealth accounts and the social media environment for questions, comments and issues important to UCHealth. Engage with followers and respond to reviews, questions and comments in a timely manner following our social media strategy. + Communicate effectively with appropriate stakeholders about both positive and negative comments. + Support management of paid advertising campaigns. + Produce and execute planned and unplanned content around events as they happen. + Ability to work outside regular business hours when needed to effectively support the team's efforts. + Conceptualize strategic and creative campaigns and assist in the development of content to support campaigns. + Help track, analyze and report on social media performance metrics for both paid and organic posts. + Monitor and track competitors, including analysis of content and campaigns. + Stay current on social media tools, trends, and best practices within the industry. + Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Skills and abilities: + Demonstrated experience developing effective, measurable social media plans. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills). + Polished, concise, and engaging style of writing with the ability to adapt to brand tone. + Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives. + Proficient at managing multiple projects and able to multi-task, prioritize and structure workload. + Independent worker but also a proven ability to work well in a team environment. + Ability to work with media planning and media research specific software, project management software and MS Office programs. + Recognizes that relationships are critical to success and consistently adds value, improves strategies, and delivers guidance to all levels and teams. + Must be able to quickly plan, create, and schedule/publish social content. + Advanced ability to target audiences and develop campaigns that engage, inform, and generate leads. + Working knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.) + Up-to-date with the latest predictions, trends, and best practices in social and digital marketing (cookieless future, content trends, platform updates, etc.). + Ideal candidate has experience with a variety of social media publishing, reporting platforms, and industry standard tools. + Working knowledge of CRM preferred, specifically in Salesforce is a plus. Requirements: + Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. + Minimum Experience: 5 years of digital marketing and social media experience. Experience in organic and paid, with advanced knowledge of paid in primary social platforms. Preferred: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media marketing management. Experience in organic and paid, with advanced working knowledge in managing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy. We improve lives.
