Job Description
What does this role entail? The Social Media Associate will be responsible for offering social media services via the RangeWater Design Studio to optimize the social presence of individual communities. Additionally, this position will be responsible for managing our property websites through multiple content management systems and web developers.
Essential Roles You Will Play:
Attend and speak at industry events; study relevant social media trends/changes/policies to remain knowledgeable and innovative.
Work closely and collaboratively with the Directors to shape high-level and successful social media work.
Manage all property websites and upkeep the daily maintenance by completing any edits requested by onsite team members, home office team members, or clients.
Must be able to meet predictable attendance and punctuality expectations and physical demands of the position complying with RangeWater’s policies and performance expectations.
Provide support and resources for RangeWater onsite team members by providing monthly content calendar ideas and regular trainings. Oversee the Social Media Experts program.
Provide actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders and present on client pitches/calls as necessary.
Incorporate and re-evaluate the strategy behind each managed social media account, including brand keywords, hashtag, and engagement strategies.
Develop paid strategies for approved social media accounts. Oversee and manage the paid social budgets.
Measure both organic and paid results through metrics, experiment with new content and optimize high-performing posts.
Improve package offers and social media services offered by the RangeWater Design Studio.
Create and manage sponsored/promoted posts, paid advertisements, etc.
Create and publish content for contracted communities on various social media platforms to grow an audience, build brand awareness and facilitate a positive reputation.
Create and/or source all curated content, calendars, and other planning/presentation document for managed social media accounts.
Work Hours and Work Environment:
Schedule: 40 hours in a regular work week.
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday: 8am – 5pm

Education and Experience:
Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Experience Preferred: At least 5 years of experience in a multifamily marketing position. Employment history that demonstrates knowledge of marketing procedures associated with the real estate industry. Marketing management, public relations and strategic planning experience preferred as well as a proven track record in executing social media campaigns.
Computer Skills: Strong personal computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; must have familiarity with social media platforms, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Able to understand social media insights/analytics and able to use social media tools such as Facebook Ads Manager.

Weights Requirements: Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
Mobility Requirements: The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, stoop, and squat. Intermittently required to sit and perform keyboard work.
Travel Requirements: Routine local travel may be required to run business-related errands including but not limited to meetings and training. Non-local travel may be required up to 30% for business-related responsibilities.
