JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Executing strategic social plans for brand that ladder to brand"s broader objectives
* Active Community Management & Engagement across all brand channels (Meta, TikTok launch)
* Creator/Influencer outreach & management
* Content creation & posting calendar and cadence
* Development of briefs in partnership with brand
* All LMR submissions and relationship management as it relates to social
* Analysis of social performance (primarily organic with paid insights & support as needed)
* Enhancing established brands in traditional markets via social
* Navigating larger organizations and partnership with key stakeholders

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School Diploma OR
* Associates or Bachelor Degree in related field
* Extensive experience in Meta & TikTok Content Creation & Community Management
* Experience with driving social engagement and building engaged audiences
* Content creation skills & experience briefing and managing content creators
