ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS
· This is a part-time role 20 hours a week
· You will be responsible for shooting content, editing and building up the Kids Tik Tok account
· Able to shoot and edit videos / pictures in real time on multiple platforms
· Must be detail oriented
· Posting on social media account daily
· Promoting products on social media and shooting content at events
· Some travel is required
· Strong communication skills
· Excellent organizational abilities
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
· Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in using technology and various software applications

· Contribute to brainstorming and planning social media campaigns and initiatives

JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Develop and execute social media content calendar in alignment with company branding and marketing objectives
· Create engaging and visually appealing posts for various Tik Tok and other Kids Social media platforms
· Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on Tik Tok
· Analyze social media metrics and performance to optimize content strategy
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· 1-2 years of experience in social media management or related role
· Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and their respective audiences
· Has proven experience working on or running social media accounts for a company brand (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
· Direct experience using social media management tools
· Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
· Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
· Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
· Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills
· Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
· Able to work independently and proactively
The pay range for this role is $25/hr USD
