Social Media Customer Relationship Specialist Remote after training Company // Leading American automotive company Schedule // Fulltime. Need to be flexible to work early, mid, or late shifts (group is open from 8am-12am). Will work 40 hours per week. Shift bids occur Quarterly. Shifts are consistent (you will work same times, 5 days a week, for 3 months at a time and then have opportunity to bid for a new shift if you would like to). In this position, you will NOT be responsible for creating pictures and advertisements…. • Answer inbound comments from customers in need of assistance from Social Media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Play, App Store • Create and manage cases for customers needing more complex assistance. • Manage existing case load, complete follow-up tasks and achieve operational metrics. • Proactively identify sales leads and educate in-market customers on product functionality and services. • Effectively and accurately document customer interaction • Provide proactive support to consumers requesting assistance with dealer, vehicle locates and product concerns / inquiries.
