**About the Role:**
This role is responsible for managing social media efforts in line with the employer branding and customer marketing initiatives at Texas Instruments (TI) India. The team member will manage end-toend social media approach (especially for LinkedIn) and content along with creating impactful employer branding efforts including new-age communication tactics.
Also, the team member will be responsible for supporting customer events and tradeshows and their promotional activities. This includes creating key messages for the events, developing promotional strategy and implementing it. They will be a member of TI’s worldwide Brand Marketing Forum and may have opportunities to work across organizations on various cross-company employee communications efforts.
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Planning, managing, and executing social media strategies.
+ Creating effective content to engage audiences around TI’s employer value proposition, customer benefits, priorities, and initiatives.
+ Creating a content calendar, creatives for social media channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook.
+ To be thorough in chalking out the social media goals and measuring the results with metrics driven approach. Be proficient in working on social media advocacy and Partnering with the external agencies/experts to work together on common goals and position TI as an employer of choice and supplier of choice for TI India.
+ Managing customer seminars and tradeshows including – pre, during, and post event promotions. Manage customer registrations, branding at the events, report outcome from the events.
+ Be an effective content writer for external and internal communications tactics.
+ Counseling leaders on best practices in social media outreach and engagement.

**Minimum requirements:**
+ Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, journalism, or business, with 1-2 years of related experience.
+ Social media/ event management and promotion experience.
+ Knowledge of the high-tech industry.
**Preferred qualifications**
+ Ability to think critically and use good judgment.
+ Results driven.
+ Self-starter ability to develop and manage impactful, scalable communications plans and programs.
+ Proactive attitude with strong collaboration skills and a team-focused mindset.
+ Clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal in English and local language(s) where needed.
+ Excellent time-management and execution skills to simultaneously drive on-time execution of multiple projects.
+ A strong knack for analyzing and acting on analytics (measure, analyze, communicate about campaigns).
+ Ability to learn web technologies, infrastructure, and tools to recommend action based on data.
+ Desire to continuously improve in your role.
