- Develop the execution of social media content and plans, mostly to promote the FB outlets offerings (Vong Kitchen Le Burger) and also hotel facilities (e.g. rooms, meeting venues, gym, spa services, etc.)
- Monitor online reviews and customer feedback to enhance the restaurants online reputation and guest experience through social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Conduct research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in terms of creative visual contents like photos and videos.
- Work closely with the Associate Director of Marketing Communications to manage the social media plan and advertisement campaigns effectively.
