We are seeking a motivated and highly creative Social Media Manager to lead our organic social media presence and long-term strategy development. Reporting to the VP of Brand and Content, you will collaborate closely with the broader marketing team, particularly the Demand Generation team responsible for paid social. In this role, you will curate, develop, and execute engaging organic social media content and campaigns that enhance our brand differentiation and drive awareness and engagement across all major social platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Recurly’s social media strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders, actively managing our online presence and reputation to support strategic objectives.Plan and execute organic social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition.Develop compelling social media content and campaigns, including blog writing, that effectively communicate our brand narrative and resonate with target audiences.Collaborate with the digital marketing team, including SEO and paid digital experts, to integrate social media efforts into broader digital campaigns.Manage and update content across all social platforms including LinkedIn, [X], Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others emerging.Drive employee social advocacy initiatives through management, education, promotion, and measurement, fostering strong engagement and social sharing.Conduct regular audits, benchmarks, and define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.Monitor and analyze social media performance, optimize execution based on insights, and identify new growth opportunities.Stay informed about social media trends and engage with customers, followers and influencers.Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management and content developers.Requirements3-5 years of experience as a social media manager or similar role in a B2B, SaaS technology company.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.Strong writing skills for both long-form content and short-form copy tailored to engage readers.Experience in developing and executing social media strategies.Proficiency in best practices for major social media platforms such as LinkedIn, [X], Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.Familiarity with Sprout Social solutions, including Employee Advocacy.Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Curiosity, out-of-the-box thinking, and a proactive approach to ideation and problem-solving.As a full-time employee, we offer competitive benefits programs and perks designed to fit your needs and the needs of your family.
